Accessories make everything + is it worth investing in an neon birkin ?

The second pic just make me want to run in the hermes store and buy all their bracelets!!! I am a fan of over laying anyways. Don't you love the neon birkin on the first pic ? just make me wonder if it is worth it to splurge on this colour as it is probably only a trend? any thoughts ?
